Hall of Wisdom, B.J. Adelson
B. J. Adelson practiced law for 50 years in Ohio and California. He practiced primarily in the fields of business law, corporations, tax and other problems generally encountered by individuals who own small businesses.
He graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Economics and then attended Harvard Law School where he was on the Law Review and graduated magna cum laude with the degree of Juris Doctor.
He presently spends most of his time on various boards of non-profit and for profit corporations. He is on the Board of Directors of Sharp Coronado Hospital and the Coronado Hospital Foundation, where he serves as Treasurer. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors and the Treasurer of the Coronado Floral Association for many years.
He also works for and is the coordinator for the Coronado Meals on Wheels program. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Coronado Hospital Auxiliary.
